Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup cup Almond Butter
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dried Fruit (dates, apricots)
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, chopped dried fruits, vegan chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well until combined
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes to make handling easier.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to set.
  • Store in an upright container

Preparation Time Note: The prep time mentioned does not account for the chilling period. A helpful tip to expedite the chilling process is to spread the mixture evenly on a small baking sheet and place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until it's nicely cooled.
