1 1/2cupsof oat milk (or any vegan milk of your choice - hazelnut, soy or coconut)
1cupquick oats
1largeripe bananasliced
1tbsp peanut butter
Pinch of sugar
top with chopped peanuts, sliced banana and enjoy!
Instructions
In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, bring oat milk to a boil, watching carefully so that it doesn't boil over. Stir in oats, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cover for a few minutes. Stir in a pinch of sugar, syrup or vegan honey, to taste, if desired. Top with sliced bananas, chopped hazelnut before serving.
