Peanut Butter Hazel Nut Oats

Wake up to this tasty wholesome, homemade breakfast of Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal, topped with crunchy hazelnut. A great way to begin the day!

Materials

  • 1 1/2 cups of oat milk (or any vegan milk of your choice - hazelnut, soy or coconut)
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 large ripe banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Pinch of sugar
  • top with chopped peanuts, sliced banana and enjoy!

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, bring oat milk to a boil, watching carefully so that it doesn't boil over. Stir in oats, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cover for a few minutes. Stir in a pinch of sugar, syrup or vegan honey, to taste, if desired. Top with sliced bananas, chopped hazelnut before serving.
